Darren Bradshaw
Registered Manager
I have over 12 years’ experience in the care sector and achieved my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care in 2018. I have progressed through a range of roles including Carer, Senior Carer, Team Leader, Care Coordinator, Head of Care, Deputy Manager, and now CQC Registered Manager. My background is primarily in domiciliary care, supporting elderly individuals and those living with dementia, including complex and high-dependency needs. I am a confident, professional, and enthusiastic leader who maintains high standards while creating a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment. I have strong experience in staff management, problem-solving, and crisis management, always promoting dignity, teamwork, and transparency. I am passionate about supporting staff development and encouraging a culture of openness, honesty, and continuous improvement within care services.

Chantelle Jenkins
Care Supervisor
I have worked in the health and social care sector for over 15 years. Growing up my mother worked in the industry and I gained a real passion for caring for individuals and wanting to make a difference. I went on to achieve my Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in health and social care at Southdown's college. I have worked frontline in the community caring for individuals with a diverse range of needs and specialised in end of life care. I have also worked within a day centre supporting individuals to engage in activities and increase their social wellbeing. I am already enjoying the administrative side of this role and the new experiences and skills I am gaining from it. I have settled in well and feel we have a great network between all employees.
