Cameron Peace
Head of Care
Cameron’s career in care began in 2017 as a junior Carer. Since being appointed Head of Care, he has focused on leading by example, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and that our high standards of care are met with a personal touch. Cameron is also our qualified Moving and Handling Trainer, ensuring that safety and best practices are always at the forefront of our daily routines. His role is diverse—ranging from the precise management of medications to delegating tasks effectively so the team can work as one cohesive unit. Cameron is a firm believer that a positive environment starts with the details. He takes great pride in maintaining a well organised home. When he isn’t leading the care team, Cameron loves spending time in the kitchen cooking for friends, enjoying days out at the beach, and catching up with his family.

Rebecca Johnson
Registered Manager
Since 2016, Rebecca has been the driving force behind the care and culture at Eden House. With a career spanning over 30 years. Her leadership is defined by a unique blend of high-level professional expertise and a deeply personal commitment to the families we serve. Rebecca’s extensive qualifications, ensure that Eden House operates with clinical precision and administrative excellence. Furthermore, her advanced training in Safeguarding and Assessing Capacity reinforces her unwavering focus on resident safety and rights. Never one to stand still, she is currently completing Advanced Counselling studies to further enhance the emotional and psychological support available to both our residents and their loved ones. For Rebecca, the goal is simple: to create a home where dignity is a right, safety is a certainty, and staff feel empowered to provide the highest standard of person-centred care. When she isn’t at the heart of the home, Rebecca is usually surrounded by her large, loving family or recharging with a good book in hand.

Shannon’s journey in care began at 17, when she first joined the residential team as a tea girl. Over the last decade, she has worked her way through almost every role in the home, giving her a hands-on understanding of what it takes to provide great care. Since becoming our Deputy Manager, she has used that experience to ensure everything at Eden House runs smoothly and warmly. With NVQ Levels 3 and 5, as well as advanced training in Safeguarding and Assessing Capacity, Shannon is well-qualified to oversee the daily well-being of our residents. She is particularly passionate about the "little things"—keeping the home clean, putting a smile on someone’s face—believing that a well-kept and friendly environment is key to a positive and fulfilling life for those we care for. Shannon’s main goal is to make sure the home feels like a happy, supportive place for both our residents and our staff. When she isn't at the home, Shannon loves baking, heading to music concerts, and relaxing with her husband and their two cats.
